We work our own handmade pasta with a selection of the best Italian products with exceptional cheeses such as the Parmigiano Reggiano, Burrata or Gorgonzola, cured meats and the best fresh produce.

Attention to detail
To achieve an authentic Italian flavour in our dishes, we work with a selection of the finest products, such as Burrata or Mozarella, aged cheeses such as Parmesan Reggiano or Parmigiano Reggiano or Gorgonzola cheese, artisan pastas and high quality cured meats from different Italian regions. Jonathan has created a space where the truffle takes centre stage, with truly exquisite dishes combining truffle with Pecorino cheese, pasta, eggs and Burrata, among others, to surprise the most demanding palates.

History, quality and dedication
Jonathan, an American, decided to open his restaurant in 1995 after his experience as a restaurateur in Italy. The restaurant has undergone extensions and notable improvements over the years, and now has an open-plan kitchen in full view of the diner and three modern dining rooms with excellent furnishings, table linen and notable crockery and cutlery.
